🏡 House Rules at Dolly’s Delight
Thank you for choosing our home for your mountain getaway! To ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow these important house rules:

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: After 4:00 PM Eastern

Check-out: Before 10:00 AM Eastern

❗ We do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Unapproved late departures will incur a $75 per hour fee.

🌦 Trip Insurance Highly Recommended
Please purchase travel insurance to protect your trip from weather, emergencies, or unforeseen events. We recommend: Generali Travel Insurance.

We do not issue refunds due to: weather conditions, natural disasters, power outages, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The only exception: a mandatory state of emergency ordered by the National Weather Service in your home location or our rental area.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Strictly no smoking inside the cabin.

If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts safely and responsibly.

Violations will result in additional cleaning fees.

🐾 Pet Policy
Pets
Dogs only. No cats.

Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation prior to arrival. Undisclosed pets are a violation of house rules and may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

Pet Fee: $55 per pet, per night (charged through Airbnb).

Rules:
• Maximum 2 dogs
• Dogs must be crated when left unattended
• No pets on furniture or beds
• Guests are responsible for pet waste cleanup

Violations & Extra Cleaning:
Guests are responsible for extra cleaning or replacement costs caused by pet-related damage or contamination, including bedding, furniture, rugs, and upholstery.

The home is professionally inspected after each stay. Any violations discovered during post-checkout inspection may result in additional charges.
Service animals are welcome—please notify us prior to booking.

👥 Occupancy & Age Requirements
Maximum occupancy: 12 guests, including children over age 2.

No exceptions. Exceeding this limit results in a $250 fine and immediate termination of the reservation.

Must be 25+ to book. No 3rd party bookings or student groups without prior approval and adult supervision.

💳 Security Deposit
A $300 security deposit applies (charged only if damages occur).

Any damages, missing items, or violations will be reported via Airbnb’s Resolution Center with documentation.

📅 Cancellations for Long-Term Stays
Monthly rentals: Cancel at least 90 days before check-in to receive a refund.

Shortened stays must be changed at least 60 days prior.

🛠️ During Your Stay
No open flames or candles indoors – $150 fine applies.

This is a non-smoking, family-friendly, and respect-your-neighbors property.

No illegal activity, excessive noise, or parties permitted.

🧽 Check-Out Guidelines
Please help us prepare the home for the next guests by following these simple steps:

🧼 Load and run the dishwasher

🔥 Ensure stove and oven are off

🛏 Leave beds unmade – housekeeping will take care of them

🧻 Place used towels in tubs/showers

🗑 Bag all trash and place it in the bear-proof containers

❄️ Set thermostats to:

78°F in summer

65°F in winter (fan on AUTO)

💡 Turn off all lights

🔐 Lock all windows and doors

🎲 Return all games and puzzles to original locations

🍽 Return kitchenware and appliances to labeled spots

🛁 Cover the hot tub with its lid

🎒 Double-check for personal belongings – we charge $50 handling + shipping for returns

🎮 Entertainment & Amenities Reminders
Home includes six TVs with Roku, including two 55” HDTVs

Enjoy our home theatre area, pool table, arcade console, and board games

High-speed WiFi and a fully stocked kitchen are provided

No daily maid service—extra cleanings available for a fee

Amenity access and linens are included in your stay

🚫 Extra Charges May Apply If:
You leave the home excessively messy

Rules are violated (unauthorized pets, smoking, exceeding occupancy)

Games, furniture, or items are moved and not returned to their original places

A rental agreement will be sent for e-signature after booking confirmation

Any exceptions to the rules must be approved in writing in advance

We reserve the right to verify the information provided at any time before, during, or after your stay
